We partner with regional grain growers like Maine Grains and small heritage farms to bring whole grains to Westport at peak freshness.
Milled
Whole grains are stone-milled fresh in our bakery using a New American Stone Mill — retaining the bran, germ, and full nutritional profile.
Baked
From flour to finished loaf in 24 hours — mixed, shaped, and proofed by hand by our team of bakers, then baked through the night.
